I have extensive experience in land sales, including farms, 1031 exchanges, horse properties and development property. I am working toward the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant designation, having completed 4 of the 6 required courses, and fulfilled the sales experience requirements. Areas of study include land investment analysis, 1031 exchange, creative land planning, environmental and regulatory issues as well as ag land brokerage. My sales area includes Northern and Central Illinois.
