Kettley Realtors^® Increases

Training Programs

   2006 saw a huge increase in the training for all KETTLEYAgents and continues on in 2007.

     All of KETTLEY's new agents are now sent at company expense to a four day intensive training seminar led by veteran trainer Lynn Madison.   This is in addition to KETTLEY's long term program, Pathways to Success written by Dr. Sharon Kettley.

     Dr. Sharon Kettley, the Director of Training and Technology for Kettley Realtors^®, recently conducted a Training Seminar for Real Estate Agents in Peru, Illinois.

      Edward Kettley. Sr. GRI CRB has completed all the requirements for, and has earned the Certified Residential Broker designation (CRB) from the National Associations of REALTORS^®.   This is the highest certificate award through NAR for Brokers.

     Edward Kettley, Jr., Managing Broker of the Yorkville, Hinckley, and Oswego offices, has completed all the requirements to become a Certified Instructor of Real Estate and will be teaching the pre-licensing course offered by Kettley to help others enter the wonderful world of real estate.

     Dozens of Kettley Agents have enrolled in or completed training from the Graduate Realtors Insititute (GRI).  Dozens of Kettley Agents also enroll in the yearlong Darryl Davis Power Agent and Brian Buffini programs. Many of our Kettley Agents have also achieved Broker-Associate status by taking the extra education and testing requirements for that designation as well. Several of our support staff members are also licensed as real estate agents and broker-associates.
