We want to be your real estate school. Successful completion of our Basic Transactions course meets the Illinois education requirements for state licensing.

We offer courses for Pre-Licensing, Continuing Education, and AMP test review. Ed Kettley, Jr. is the state licensed instructor provided by Kettley Realtors^� to ease you through the process of learning the various real estate laws and special terms of the real estate business.

STATE APPROVED - This course is approved by the Illinois Department of Banks and Real Estate.

To be eligible for the Illinois Real Estate Salesperson Examination, candidates must:

be at least 21 years of age,

be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D.,

be of good moral character,

have successfully completed the 45 hour basic Real Estate Transactions Course, and

provide your Social Security number for licensing.

Tuition: $260. total includes books and materials.

$60. deposit required with registration applies to total.

SALESPERSON LICENSING PROGRAMS

A total of 45 hours of classroom attendance:

To be eligible for the Illinois Real Estate Salesperson Examination, candidates must be at least 21 years of age, be a high school graduate or equivalent, be of good moral character, have successfully completed the 45 hour basic Real Estate Transactions Course, and provide your Social Security number for licensing. Course contents include: Definition of Real Property; Encumbrances, Real Estate Closings; Fair Housing Acts; Interests in Real Estate; Real Estate Brokerage; Mathematics; Transfer of Title/Title Records; Ownership; Financing; Illinois Real Estate License Act; Property Management; Legal Descriptions; and Appraisal.
