Referrals Only Network

Did you know that ONLY licensed agents may refer business to other agents or brokers for a fee? The licensing laws are very strict about monetary compensation in the real estate industry. If you have friends that you would like to help by referring them to a REALTOR or Broker to sell or buy a home or investment property, you might want to consider becoming an agent and joining our Referral Network.

    Kettley Referrals Only Network, opened to provide you the opportunity to work the Referral business. It is a non-Realtor/non-Multiple Listing Service Company designed just for agents who only want to refer business to other agents.

    Referral Agents must be licensed and must meet continuing education requirements but do not need to pay MLS fees or other REALTOR^® dues.

     The cost to belong to the Network is $89.00 per year.  The cost to switch licenses is $25.00.
